HDPE Overlapping Lap Tape is a specialized self-adhesive sealing tape designed for creating watertight and airtight joints in HDPE waterproofing membrane installations.

It is widely used in foundations, basements, roofs, tunnels, ponds, and infrastructure waterproofing projects, where secure lap sealing is critical.

The tape is applied between overlapping HDPE membrane sheets (typically 80100 mm overlap) and provides strong initial tack, durable bonding, and long-term water resistance.

Some variants are available with a sand / textured finish, allowing excellent bonding with cementitious layers.

Application Method:

• Overlap HDPE membrane sheets by 80100 mm

• Remove the release liner from the tape

• Apply the tape firmly along the joint

• Use a roller to remove air pockets and ensure full bonding
